Attendance: Students are required to maintain regular attendance as per the schedule provided upon enrollment. A minimum attendance of 70% is mandatory to be eligible for certification.

Schedule Changes: Any request to change your class schedule must be formally submitted to the Academy’s administration. Such requests are subject to instructor availability and are not guaranteed. The Academy is not liable for classes missed due to unapproved schedule changes.

Absence Notification: If you are unable to attend a class, you must provide a minimum of 6-8 hours’ advance notice via the official group communication channel. Absences without prior notification will be marked as unexcused.

Recorded Sessions for Absences: For properly notified absences, the Academy may provide access to recorded sessions or revision materials. This facility is limited to a maximum of ten (10) sessions per course.

Certification Requirements: To qualify for a Certificate of Proficiency from Classic Language Academy, a student must:

• Achieve a minimum score of 75% in the final examination.

• Attempt the final examination within ten (10) days of the final class.

• Maintain a minimum of 70% attendance throughout the course.

Faculty Assignment: For multi-level programs or course packages, the assigned instructor may vary between different levels or modules to ensure specialized instruction.

Official Communication: All official course-related communication, including scheduling, academic inquiries, and absence notifications, must be conducted through the designated group channel. Inquiries or issues communicated privately to instructors will not be considered official notifications.
