Classic Language Academy – Student Policy

Welcome to Classic Language Academy! We're delighted you've chosen to embark on your language learning journey with us. To ensure a smooth and enriching experience, please familiarize yourself with our student policy outlined below:

Course & Certification

1. Attendance Commitment: Regular attendance is crucial. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes as per the timetable provided at enrollment.

2. Schedule Adjustments: Should you need to modify your class schedule after commencement, please inform both your instructor and our administrative team. While we'll strive to accommodate your request based on instructor availability, changes cannot be guaranteed, and missed classes remain the student's responsibility.

3. Certification Criteria: To be eligible for a certificate from CLA, students must:

4. Absence Notification: If you anticipate missing a class, notify the designated group at least 6–8 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the absence being recorded against your attendance.

5. Access to Recorded Sessions: For excused absences with prior notification, students may request access to recorded sessions or revision materials, limited to a maximum of 10 sessions.

6. Instructor Assignments in Bundled Courses: For package or bundled courses, different modules or levels may be taught by different instructors.

7. Official Communication Channels: All course-related communications should occur within the designated group channels. Direct personal communication with instructors regarding course matters is discouraged and may not be acknowledged.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees: All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Extended Absences Students absent for 10–15 consecutive days without prior notice will forfeit the opportunity to reschedule missed classes or transfer to another batch. Such cases may lead to admission cancellation.

3. Admission Cancellation: If your admission is canceled by CLA or upon your request, re-enrollment will require full repayment of the course fee. Previous payments will not be adjusted or refunded.

4. Mid-Course Withdrawal: Choosing to discontinue the course mid-way will result in admission cancellation without any refund or provision for remaining classes.

5. Non-Transferable Payments: Fees paid cannot be transferred to other courses or future batches.

6. Installment Payments: For those opting for installment plans, payments must be completed within 25–30 days from the course start date. Installment amounts are fixed and not based on the number of classes attended.

7. Delinquent Payments: Failure to make timely installment payments will lead to a pause in your course. Missed classes during this period will not be rescheduled, and access to recordings or revision materials will be unavailable. Continued non-payment may result in admission cancellation.

8. Installments in Bundled Courses: For package or bundled courses, installment payments should adhere to the pre-agreed schedule.

9. Partial Course Completion: Withdrawing after completing a specific module or level does not entitle the student to any refund.

10. Engagement Expectations: Active participation and timely completion of assignments are expected. Lack of engagement may hinder your learning progress, and related concerns may not be addressed.

11. Payment Delays: Classes may be paused for a maximum of 10 days due to payment delays. Beyond this period, if payments remain incomplete, admission will be canceled.
