Classic Language Academy: Refund Policy
At Classic Language Academy, we are committed to transparency and providing a clear understanding of our programs. We encourage all prospective students to make an informed decision by attending a free demo class before enrollment. In light of this, our policies are as follows:
1. General Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, all course fees are non-refundable upon payment. However, we provide a conditional 7-day window for students to request a partial refund under exceptional circumstances.
- A formal refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the initial payment.
- The request must be accompanied by a valid reason, the assessment of which is at the sole discretion of the Academy’s management.
2. Refund Details
- If a refund request is approved within the 7-day window, a partial refund equivalent to 50% of the total course fee will be issued.
- No refund requests will be considered under any circumstances after the 7-day period has expired.
3. Non-Refundable Programs
Please note that any courses purchased under a promotional discount, special offer, or as part of a package/combo deal are strictly non-refundable.
4. Exceptions for a Full Refund
A full refund may be issued only in the rare event that Classic Language Academy cancels a course or is unable to provide the promised service as per our terms and conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
- To initiate a request, please send a formal email with your full name, course details, payment receipt, and the reason for the request to admissions@classiclanguageacademy.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
